We ship all orders via UPS, leveraging their reliable domestic network for secure and timely delivery.
2. Shipping Rates
•     Continental United States: $10 flat rate per order
•     Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and PO Boxes: Not available via standard UPS methods. Please contact our support team for alternative arrangements and pricing.
3. Processing Time
•     Orders typically process within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
•     Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Transit Times
Once shipped, estimated transit times within the continental U.S. are:
•     UPS Ground: 3–7 business days
•     UPS 2nd Day Air (upon request and additional charges may apply): 2 business days
•     UPS Next Day Air (upon request and additional charges may apply): 1 business day
Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and UPS service levels.
5. Order Tracking
•     You can track your package on the UPS website to view real-time status updates.
6. Signature & Age Verification
•     A signature may be required upon delivery.
•     All recipients must be at least 21 years old. UPS may request valid ID to confirm age.
7. Shipping Delays & Exceptions
•     Weather events, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery.
•     Pipesnstuff is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or third-party issues.
•     If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS and our support team so we can assist.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
•     Inspect your shipment upon arrival.
•     For damage claims, retain all packaging and contact Pipesnstuff within 5 days of delivery.
•     For lost packages, contact us, and we will work with UPS to locate or replace your shipment.
